By accessing and using AIVALK ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AIVALK provides a validation layer for enterprise AI systems, including but not limited to agent testing, security validation, reliability testing, and observability tools. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

If you purchase a subscription or other paid service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your subscription agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIVALK SYSTEMS INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
